Our society today is plagued by a bunch of unhappy and depressed people. As I hop on the tubes in London (‘underground trains’ for you non – Londoners), I look at the expressions on the faces of countless commuters running in and out of work. Everybody tends to look gloomy, seemingly deep in some sad thought, reading a newspaper and looking depressed by whatever on earth they are reading, people just don’t seem happy for some reason. And then you ask the average Joe on the streets ‘How are you?’ and for some reason most people in England tend to reply with ‘not toooo bad’ or ‘it could be better’ 1 in 5 people is on anti-depressant in the U.K, 1 in 3 marriages end in divorce, 3% go to church. The same sadness is replayed round the world; I was in New Jersey when I saw a huge sign board in front of a solicitors saying GET DIVORCED FOR JUST $200 or something, can you imagine some lawyer is advertising divorce. People seek solutions in different ways. Some people drink themselves silly in pubs and bars, supposedly having a good time, but the reality is, for a brief moment they want to step into a world outside their numerous problems and cares by getting drunk and having no care. On my way home one cold night about 11pm or so I saw a man drunk, and peacefully sleeping on the side walk (pavement). This was just beside a train station; he didn’t seem to be disturbed by the rumblings of the trains. He might easily have slept there till morning, then woke up, dusted himself, wondered how on earth he got there in the first place and ran off to work, back to normal life and the problems and pains he ran briefly away from!! Funny ‘init’. People seek answers through all sorts of spiritisms and religions, yoga, tarot cards, fortune telling, scientology, all of a sudden they say things like ‘I want to discover my true self, my inner being’ and end up more confused. ARE YOU TRULY HAPPY??? Be honest… A lot of people walk around with trash bags (bin bags) full of tears, pains and sorrows. Are you walking around with a trash bag full of cares, worries, depression, hate, unhappiness, sickness, anger and more? Are you seeking something or someone to fill in a void, a space inside of you, which you don’t understand? Are you just miserable and haven’t got a clue WHY?? Well, I am one of the happiest people I know. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had grievous challenges in the journey of life, but, I have a special friend who I just hand over my trash bag to all the time, His love for me is so unconditional its amazing. I am not always faithful to him but he still calls me his friend and loves me regardless. He hates to see me hurt, he hates to see me shed a tear. He wants you to know him he wants to share every pain you have every tear you shed. He wants you to know and maybe for the first time what UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is. He died for you 2000 years ago and rose again in 3 days (John 3:16). He wants you to know what a GREAT, BEAUTIFUL AND PRIVILEGED PERSON he has made you. His name is Jesus, I know him personally, I spoke to him this morning and he says in the bible. ‘Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]’(Matthew 11:28 amp.) Isn’t that amazing? He also goes on to say: ‘Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. And God’s peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus’ (Philippians 4: 6 –7). Jesus wants you to give Him your trash bag and everything in it, the worries, your fears, your cares, your hurt, your pain your tears, the marriage, the job, the children, the illness, HE WANTS IT ALL…, he wants to be your bin man. And in exchange he wants to wipe your tears and give you a PEACE THAT PASSES ALL HUMAN UNDERSTANDING. I have seen people get healed instantly in my meetings as I sang to God in worship, I saw it in Italy, America, England and personally, with my friends etc. On the Intimate worship CD / DVD you will see people whose lives have been affected and changed by Jesus. I KNOW its real. You can have real joy, real peace, and real hope from NOW. Jesus says I am he who blots out all your transgressions and heals all your diseases. This is how; just say this prayer with me. Dear Jesus, I want to know you personally. I am sorry for not acknowledging you in the past, I am sorry for all my sins. Please come into my life today, and let me experience the peace, joy and love you promised. GREAAAATTT this is the b
